En caso de guerra nuclear, los pulsos electromagneticos de las bombas termonucleares podrian dañar mis videocassettes ?
No sé. No he estudiado mucho sobre el efecto de los pulsos electromagnéticos, qué los causa y qué producen pero en caso de duda digitalízalo todo y guárdalo en discos de titanio bajo tierra como lo está haciendo el gobierno alemán.

Para que te dé envidia de la buena te cuento que hoy salgo de vacaciones y mi definición de “El Paraiso” es un toldo en la playa con un buen libro y una cerveza helada… Para tí cual sería la definición de “El Paraiso” y dónde queda?
Creo que la inactividad no sería realmente parte de mi definición de paraíso, pues esta es gran parte del círculo del que quiero salir. El descanso en el paraíso vendría de estar agotado por las muchas otras cosas que he hecho.
Mi paraíso requiere actividad física; requiere conocer cosa y conocer gente e interactuar con ellas, aprender de ellas; requiere tiempo para re-crear.
Gran parte de mi paraíso está en viajar, en el viaje en sí, en ver diferentes personas, diferentes paisajes, oler diferentes aromas, descubrir diferentes sabores aún cuando encuentre algunos que no me gustan. Y viajar con alguien que cuente buenas historias es aún mejor.

¿Por qué te llama la atención la historia alternativa (qué tal si…)?
La historia alterna tiene dos componentes: es crear mundos o escenarios distintos y es pensar cómo este mundo sería mejor o, al menos, diferente. Ambos aspectos son parte de lo que necesita mi mente para desfogar su naturaleza creativa.
Adicionalmente, una buena historia alterna requiere conocer la historia como sí fue para crear una cronología plausible de cómo pudo haber sido. Eso requiere investigar y aprender lo cual es un aliciente más para crear ucronías.

¿Si tuvieras que elegir entre ser un árbol, una nube o un semáforo cuál serías y por qué?
Definitivamente una nube y que el viento me lleve a conocer lugares y morir en la máxima expresión de una tormenta.
¿Por qué? Porque no me llama tanto la atención que me dejen plantado.
